WHY PARTICIPATE?
Crab Fest brings together residents, businesses, and visitors from across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties to celebrate local food, beverages, artisan vendors, live entertainment, and community connection.
With the marketplace expansion of Crab Fest in 2027, we anticipate welcoming more attendees and creating additional opportunities for vendors to connect with customers from across Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
As a vendor, you'll have the opportunity to:

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We're looking for vendors who can help create an exceptional Crab Fest experience. Whether you serve delicious food, craft outstanding beverages, or create unique handmade products, we welcome businesses that reflect the quality, creativity, and character of our region.
We're especially looking for vendors who:

- Create an engaging and welcoming experience for guests.
- Represent the best of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
- Complement the overall Crab Fest marketplace.
To create a balanced and engaging event, vendor applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse mix of food, beverage, and artisan vendors.
VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES
We welcome vendors in the following categories:
FOOD VENDORS
Restaurants, specialty food businesses, dessert vendors, snack vendors, culinary partners, and select mobile food vendors are invited to share their offerings with Crab Fest attendees.
BEVERAGES VENDORS
Breweries, wineries, cideries, distilleries, coffee roasters, tea vendors, and other beverage partners are invited to showcase the best of our region.
ARTISAN & SPECIALTY RETAIL VENDORS
Artisans, makers, specialty retailers, and regional businesses are invited to showcase handcrafted goods, unique products, curated collections, and specialty items that bring creativity and character to the Crab Fest marketplace.

CORNER BOOTH

10' x 10' premium corner location
PREMIUM BOOTH

10' x 20' booth space with additional room for larger displays
PREMIUM END-CAP BOOTH

10' x 20' booth space located at the end of a vendor row for increased visibility
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR
$500
Outdoor space for mobile food vendors serving Crab Fest attendees
Mobile food vendors will be located outdoors in a designated food truck area. Additional requirements, placement details, and event procedures will be provided during the application process and/or prior to the event.
EARLY BIRD VENDOR SPECIAL
Reserve your booth early and save $50 on your vendor registration. Early Bird pricing available through December 31, 2026.
ELECTRICITY
Electrical access is available for an additional $32.
TABLE LINENS
If you do not have business branded marketing linens and need table linens for your booth, they are available for an additional fee:
10' x 10' booth: $21
10' x 20' booth: $42

VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS
Vendor applications are reviewed before acceptance to help create a balanced and engaging event experience. Once approved, payment of the booth fee confirms your vendor space.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
Register by December 31, 2026 to receive Early Bird pricing.
VENDOR APPLICATION OPEN
Open: September 1, 2026
VENDOR APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications will be accepted until spaces are filled or the posted deadline, whichever comes first.
VENDOR SETUP
Vendor setup information, arrival times, and instructions will be shared with approved vendors before the event.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & NEXT STEPS
To help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for vendors and guests, all participating vendors must meet applicable event requirements, permits, and approvals.
Requirements vary by vendor type and may include:

- Completed vendor application and payment
- Required licenses and permits
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Food, beverage, and mobile vendor requirements
- Fire and safety requirements
Review the Crab Fest 2027 Vendor Handbook for requirements. Approved vendors will receive the Vendor Handbook with detailed requirements, timelines, and event procedures before the event.
